Paris Fashionweek Stories #2

Cyclas
Beautiful, beautiful Cyclas, wearable any time of the day, presented their SS19 collection in one of the lounges of the Musee Arts Decoratifs. Like in my previous post about the Dawei SS19 collection (you can find it HERE) you can buy all these items and you are all done for spring. Seen everywhere, so also here, some bright almost neon colors (orange, pink, green) which are already on trend right now.
So you might think 'why post all the spring/summer trends now and not in a couple of months?' ... Well I like looking ahead and trying to match the current season trends with the new ones. Besides that fall is the perfect season to layer everything and lot of the times you can find next season's trends already in store (as in accessories) or create it yourself.

FFIXXED STUDIOS
FFIXXED STUDIOS ia a collaborative mens and womenswear brand based between Hong Kong and Shenzen, China. They make ready tot wear clothes for contemporary living, kind of a laidback simplicity, not too complicated and adaptable to daily changes. Obviously the set was great, combining contemporay objects (can I have it all at home?! No even better... Can I live here?) in a everyday changing world and life.
Note on the dadsneakers, as said before... you can't escape it :-)

KA WA KEY
Clearly more experimental was the KA WA KEY perfomance as part of the HKFG (the Hong Kong Fashion Guerrilla is an international program organized by the Fashion Farm Foundation aiming to bridge talents to the international fashionscene). I got inspired by their presentation and made the short video's of one of their designs. KA WA KEY uses traditional textile crafts & paint and reworks streetwear. The awesome industrial set definetly supported the simplicity of the designs (you have to shoot the surroundings as well, right :-)

Hopefully you are enjoying my impressions of Paris Fashionweek cause there's more to come..for now have a beatiful day! X
