Victoria/Tomas Spring Summer '22 Paris Fashionweek

Victoria Feldman and Tomas Berzins presented a joyful collection mixing their versatile designs with Art and Music. At La Caserne In Paris the 10th, a new eco-incubator for fashion and luxury, the duo set their collection against the backdrop of a giant inflatable  pink pyramid by artist Cyril Lancelin. Placed in the middle of the countryard, the installation  was the center of the runway with models walking through it on the live beats mixed by Lewis Ofman.
As last season the designers presented a collection full of reversible pieces. Each ensemble can be worn two different ways and can easily carry from daytime to evening. The concept is centered around conscious consumerism and how we can do more with less. The duo collaborated with Artist Edward Crutchley who's work is featured on prints and leather clutches.
The design aesthetic is well thought out, parka's and easy chic trench coats with cut-outs on the shoulder and long fringed dresses in bright orange. Mixing the prints, the intense green with utilitarianism and smooth soft colors as taupe and beige. Combat boots, puff pants, suits with cut-outs, guys on pumps it all came around and together in it's concept of multi-wear.

We thought this, with the giant spectacular pyramid, was one of the bests set seen this season. We love how the duo mixes Design, Art and Music together in their inspiration as well as in their pieces and presentation, as it gives expression and more depth in their work and garment.
Absolute favorite pieces were the long (trench)coats with a slight mesh layer and cut-outs on the shoulder. The coat is a bit oversized but due to good tailoring it's chic and somehow sporty. Another great outfit was the black suit with cut-outs on the knees and studs/rings which also comes in white. We love the small duo bags combined together as in bright and soft colors. Last but not least the kitten heels with spirals on the top, big shout-out.
