Post Archive Faction Fall/Winter '25 Paris Fashionweek

Seoul-based menswear label Post Archive Faction, founded by Dongjoon Lim and Sookyo Jeong, presented its Fall/Winter '25 collection in a dreamy setting during Paris Mens Fashion Week. When entering the venue, the models were lying across the runway on a bed that took up half the space. Then, one by one, the models slowly stood up and started walking the runway.

The Fall/Winter '25 collection blended archival references, experimental techniques, and sportswear details, highlighting the brand's research-driven approach to fashion. Post Archive Faction's collection introduced new ideas about shape and movement which included cargo-style outerwear, soft puffer pieces, uneven cuts and some of the the seams of the puffers coat zigzagged. The designs combined technical details with a relaxed, effortless feel, resulting in pieces that are both practical and simple. Sleek, single-color outfits offered a subtle, minimalist take on classic menswear. Fine wool, light knits, and reflective silk in cool neutral tones were layered with care.
The brand's footwear collection, includes a new On Running sneaker collaboration. A few Cloudmonster and Cloudventure Peak models were on display, featuring their niche lace systems and colors like black and teal-blue. They also revealed a Clarks Wallabee collaboration which comes  in a tonal grey colorway and retains its classic smooth look, until you reach the sole, which is updated with a new chunky design.

In the final look, the last sleeping model rubs his weary eyes and stands, revealing that what had appeared to be a feather duvet is actually a dress trailing behind him down the runway, highlighting the collection's experimental and nuanced avant-gardism style.

About the brand:
Established in 2018 by Dongjoon Lim and Sookyo Jeong, Post Archive Faction has articulated its vision by disrupting the norms of established design landscape: deconstructing and reassembling garments and objects in order to explore the new areas of human creativity. Post Archive Faction collections are pieced together in experimental cuts that distort conventional design principles. Asymmetric constructions, crinkling techniques, and heavy paneling define their unique and calculated design language.
